We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair extension once purchased.
To protect the integrity of our products, extensions must remain unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and security seals intact. Any product that has been opened, altered, brushed, installed, colored, or tampered with in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
